Hello members of the Dante Alighieri Society,
I am writing to tell you that I have had the most amazing spring semester in Italy so far!I have traveled to many different cities in Italy (Milan, Modena, Bologna, Venice, Lucca, Verona, Sirmione, Arezzo, Perugia, San Gimignano, Siena, and Pisa so far, but I also plan to travel to Rome and the south in the coming months as it warms up). My host family is incredible and I am learning so much. My classes at the American University of Florece have also been very interesting and engaging. My favorite was my class on Italian Food, Culture, and Society where we also got to explore the city streets and art of Florence.
Thank you so much again to all of you for supporting me in this amazing opportunity. It has been the experience of a lifetime! I have attached some pictures below.
