Rather than Adam setting the menu, he thought it would be fun for the participants to share an old family recipe (preferably Italian) with the class.  It can be an appetizer, entree or dessert and needs to fit into the three-hour window we have for preparation and cooking.

Although not required, you will have the opportunity on the registration form to enter a brief description of a recipe you would like to share. Chef Adam will then choose any recipes that he thinks will work for the class.  Even if you submit a recipe that isn’t chosen, please bring a copy to share with the other participants.
