Cooking Classes
The Dante Alighieri Society offers cooking classes led by Gisella Isidori, international food consultant, and other notable chefs. Past classes have had menus with themes such as the feast of San Valentino, Carnivale, or Easter dinner. Dinner menus may include antipasti, primo piatto, secondo piatto (first and second courses) and dolce (dessert).
One of the special dishes prepared, rosette di pasta, shown here:
Cooking classes are held at Mt. Carmel Parish Hall, usually on Saturday mornings. Details about cooking classes are provided in the Notiziario.
