In January, we gather
  at PARISI sotto, an intimate and atmospheric dining space tucked beneath P
 arisi’s beloved Highlands location. This hidden gem captures the soul of It
 alian hospitality, blending Old World tradition with thoughtfully crafted s
 easonal dishes inspired by Italy’s diverse regions.\n
This evening will be 
 served family style, encouraging shared plates, conversation, and connectio
 n — just as meals are meant to be enjoyed in Italy. PARISI sotto has design
 ed a special menu exclusively for our group, showcasing classic flavors, ho
 use-made pastas, and wood-fire grilled specialties prepared with care and a
 uthenticity.\n
More than just dinner, this event is about community — slowi
