The next dates for cooking classes will be announced. Gisella Isidori, international food consultant, led classes in February 2016. A complete dinner menu including antipasti, primo piatto, insalata, secondo and dolce and the menu was special dishes for the feast of San Valentino; the menu later was Easter dishes.

The classes will be held at Mt. Carmel Parish Hall between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon. The cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
